The safety and security of our visitors, retailers and staff is our top priority at Middleton Grange. Our dedicated Security Team works to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.

Keeping You Safe

We have a range of security measures in place, including 24-hour CCTV monitoring and a highly visible security presence throughout the centre and car parks. For your safety and protection, we also operate both overt and covert patrols across the site.

Our trained, approachable officers are always on hand to assist — whether it’s offering directions, helping with lost property or providing support in an emergency.

Working Together

We work in close partnership with local police, emergency services and community safety initiatives. We also collaborate with Counter Terrorism Police North East to remain vigilant – helping to keep Middleton Grange a safe and secure place for all.
