Thirteen Group Returns to Middleton Grange Shopping Centre

We’re delighted to share that Thirteen Group will be reopening its Hartlepool customer store at Middleton Grange Shopping Centre on Monday 27 July.

As a key service provider for many people across our community, we know how valuable face-to-face support can be. Following essential building works, Thirteen’s return marks a welcome addition to the centre, making it even easier for customers to access the help and advice they need in the heart of Hartlepool.

Throughout the closure, Thirteen continued to support customers through a temporary pop-up service, and we’d like to join them in thanking everyone for their patience and understanding during this time.

From 27 July, customers will once again be able to visit the store at Middleton Grange Shopping Centre during the following opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9am – 5pm
• Saturday: 9am – 2pm

Whether you need to discuss your tenancy, report a repair, provide feedback, explore housing options, or access employment support, the Thirteen team will be on hand to help.
