Parking Changes

Hartlepool Borough Council has made changes to car parking charges at the Centre which will come into effect from 1 June, 2026.

This will see free parking after 3pm in the Multi-storey, Underground and East Side car parks end, and become free after 6pm.

Free Sunday parking and free weekend parking through December will also end.

Car parks at Middleton Grange Shopping Centre are managed and operated by Hartlepool Borough Council.
