A Heartfelt Thank You from Hartlepool Ambulance Charity

The volunteer crews at Hartlepool Ambulance Charity would like to extend their sincere thanks to the customers, staff and retailers of Middleton Grange Shopping Centre for your incredible support on Saturday 31st May.

Thanks to your generosity and engagement, their volunteers were able to provide vital CPR training and demonstrations on how to use a defibrillator. They also welcomed new volunteer sign-ups and received generous donations from shoppers, staff and stores alike.

Over the course of the day, they were proud to deliver CPR instruction to approximately 240 people, including families and children of all ages. The centre’s high footfall gave them a fantastic opportunity to share lifesaving skills with the community.

They raised £334.35 – a sum that will directly support their running costs, enable them to offer more free CPR training and ensure their volunteers are equipped to respond to trauma emergencies.
