Code of Conduct

Middleton Grange strives to provide a secure, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. We kindly request that guests adhere to the following Code of Conduct to ensure everyone’s safety and enjoyment:

To maintain a pleasant experience for all and protect the well-being of our visitors, Middleton Grange Shopping Centre asks that you:

• Treat the premises, surroundings, and fellow guests with respect
• Observe the following guidelines to promote a positive environment for all

• Prohibiting open alcohol containers and consumption
• Possession, sale, or use of illegal substances or drug paraphernalia within Middleton Grange Shopping Centre is prohibited and will result in immediate police notification.
• Maintain clear access routes for emergency services. Keep fire escapes unobstructed except during emergencies.
• Use centre toilet/family/accessible/breastfeeding facilities respectfully. Remember: not all disabilities are visible.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited in all areas, both internal and external.
• No cycling, rollerblading, scooters, or skating in the centre.
• Avoid climbing or sitting on balustrades, barriers, fences, escalator infills, and railings.
• Using customer lifts appropriately.
• Keep areas clean by using provided trash bins.
• No leafleting, canvassing, interviews, or surveys without written approval from Middleton Grange Shopping Centre Management.
• Unauthorized solicitation or sales in parking areas and outdoor spaces.
• Any intimidation of our guests by groups of individuals.
• Groups sitting on floor or 5+ not shopping may be asked to leave.
• Unsociable, criminal or anti-social behaviour.
• No dogs allowed except for service animals. Documentation may be required as proof of service animal status.

Photography & Filming

Photography Policy:

• Personal photos allowed
• Management may restrict photography for safety/privacy reasons
• Commercial photography requires permission
• Contact management with questions

Centre’s Use of Photos/Videos:

• May capture and use images for promotional purposes
• Entry implies consent

Dog Policy:

• Only guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted in Middleton Grange Shopping Centre
• Owners are fully responsible for their dog’s behaviour while in the centre
